FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do

  • Wait 30 days before cleaning
  • Use a soft clean, lint-free towels or cloth to clean windows (avoid course paper towels)
  • Use ammonia FREE glass cleaners or soapy water

Don't

  • DON'T use industrial strength cleaners or pure ammonia
  • DON'T roll your windows down for at least 3 days
  • DON'T worry about bubbles - you'll have water and bubbles for up to 3 weeks after professional installation.  Damp or overcast days can extend the drying time.

How long does it take to tint a car?

It can take anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on how many vehicle windows are being tinted.

WHAT IS the LEGAL limit?

In Florida, the front driver and passenger windows must be 28% or lighter.  Any windows behind the front two must be 15% or lighter.

What is the difference between standard and ceramic tint?

Heat Reduction!  Both types of window film block 99% of harmful UV rays.  Ceramic Tint, however, will also block up to 87% of heat transmissions vs the 57% blocked by standard window film.

do you provide a warranty?

  • YES - The film we carry comes with a limited lifetime warranty.  The warranty applies to manufacturing quality such as:  adhesive failure, cracking, delamination, and excessive change of color.
  • Who is Covered?  This warranty extends only to the registered owner of the vehicle at the time the Product was purchased.
  • How Long Am I Covered?  The warranty period is for the lifetime of the vehicle ownership by the original window film purchaser.
  • What is NOT Covered?  Improper film care / cleaning or abuse; alterations of original manufactured product.  Also any failure due to window defects.
